Description BASF has been a committed partner to Greater China since 1885. BASF is currently building a new *erbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong *erbund site project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards. Objectives: Work closely with senior HR generalist and provide HR administrative support in all HR related matters on daily operation and ensure its implementation is fully in line with HR policies/practices, local laws and regulations. Main Tasks: • Responsible for HR routines for daily HR topics in terms of on-boarding administration, employee contract management, employee profile and E-filing management, employee relocation support, exiting administration and so on. • Play as a key interface with Shared Service Center (SSC) in Malaysia for employee data accuracy in SAP system under guidance of senior HR generalist to ensure high quality of data delivery. • Support on data collection, analysis and reporting with the requirements from senior HR generalist. • Implement HR operation process and work on optimization initiatives to ensure all the HR daily operations fully in line with HR policies/practices, local laws and regulations, as well as efficiency. • Other HR projects and tasks assigned by supervisor. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related discipline. • 1-2 years with experience of HR administration. Outstanding entry level fresh graduate can also be considered. HR experience in manufacturing industry has an advantage. • Good interpersonal understanding & communication skills. • Be good at time management and work management. • Have growth mindset and with can-do attitude and team spirit. • Proficient in oral and written English.
